LASH LIFT AFTERCARE

For 24 hours

Keep your lashes dry: Avoid getting them wet for the first 24 - 48 hours including swimming, sweating, saunas and steam rooms.

No mascara or makeup: Refrain from applying mascara, eyeliner or eye makeup to your lashes during this time. Avoid rubbing your eyes: Be gentle when washing your face and try not to rub or tug at your lashes.

After 48 hours
Gently clean your lashes:
You can now use a mild cleanser and a soft brush or spoolie to keep your lashes clean and separated.

Use a lash serum: Consider applying a nourishing lash serum to keep them hydrated and strong. This can also help promote natural growth.

Be careful with products: Avoid oil-based makeup removers and eye creams as these can break down the lash lift and shorten its lifespan.

Long term care
No waterproof mascara:
Waterproof formulas can be tough to remove and may stress your lashes causing them to lose their curl.

Avoid excessive rubbing or touching: Rubbing your eyes or tugging at your lashes can cause them to lose their shape prematurely.

Limit exposure to heat and humidity: Extended exposure to heat (like hot showers or direct sunlight) can loosen the curl so be cautious.

When should I rebook?
Maintenance appointment:
To maintain your results, we recommend scheduling a lash lift maintenance 3 to 4 weeks after your initial appointment.

Lash lift: Depending on the client and their lashes, you can rebook for another lash lift every 6 to 8 weeks.

Natural Lash Growth Cycle: Your lashes naturally shed and regrow every 6 to 8 weeks. As new lashes grow in, they won’t have the lifted curl which can make the overall effect look uneven or less defined.

Maintain the Shape: Rebooking within this window keeps your lashes consistently curled and fresh-looking without any drooping or gaps.

Protect Lash Health: Waiting at least 6 weeks allows your lashes time to recover and prevents over-processing by re-lifting already lifted lashes which can lead to dryness or breakage.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS AFTERCARE

For 24 hours
Avoid moisture:
Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 to 48 hours after your appointment. This includes avoiding water, steam, sweating and makeup removers.

Don’t rub or pull on lashes: Refrain from touching, rubbing or tugging at your lashes to avoid damaging the extensions or pulling out natural lashes.

After 48 hours
Gently clean your lashes:
You can now use a lash shampoo/cleanser and a soft brush or spoolie to keep your lashes clean and separated.

Avoid oil-based products: Oil breaks down the adhesive and can cause extensions to loosen or fall off prematurely. Stick to oil-free makeup removers and face products if possible.

Brush your lashes daily: Use a clean spoolie to brush through your lashes every day to keep them neat and prevent tangling.

Long term care
No mascara
: Mascara can break down the adhesive used for eyelash extensions causing them to loosen or fall off prematurely. It can also cause clumping, tangling and build-up, making your lashes look messy or uneven. Additionally, you can never fully remove mascara from extensions which may lead to damage or breakage.

Sleep on your back: To avoid crushing or misaligning your lashes while you sleep, try to sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase.

Avoid eyelash curlers: Using eyelash curlers can damage both the extensions and your natural lashes.

When should I rebook?
Infills:
For longer-lasting results, we recommend scheduling an infill every 2 to 3 weeks. This ensures your lashes stay full and your natural lashes remain healthy.

You must have around 40% left of your eyelash extensions to be considered an infill appointment. Your extensions will typically last 2 to 3 weeks before an infill is needed, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and how well you follow aftercare.

LASH DYE AFTERCARE

For 24 hours
Keep lashes dry:
Avoid getting your lashes wet. This includes water, sweat and steam to ensure the dye sets properly.

No makeup: Refrain from applying mascara or any eye makeup for the first day.

Long term care
Avoid rubbing or touching your eyes:
Be gentle around your eyes, especially when removing makeup and washing your face. Rubbing can cause irritation or premature fading.

No oil-based products: Avoid oil-based makeup removers or skincare products around your lashes to prevent the dye from fading quickly.

Moisturize and condition: Gently nourish your lashes with a lash serum or recommended to keep them healthy and hydrated. This also helps maintain the dye's appearance for a longer period.

Mascara: After the 24-hour period, feel free to apply your mascara as usual but keep in mind that oil-based mascaras or makeup removers could break down the dye over time. Applying mascara too soon could interfere with the dye and cause it to fade more quickly.
