Located on the main road, upstairs above Domino’s, BurgerFuel, and Noodle Canteen. You’ll find us inside Body & Soul Beauty Clinic on the second floor.
When you walk into the building just head upstairs (via the stairs or elevator), walk past the elevator and you’ll see the clinic.
Feel free to take a seat in the waiting area when you arrive.
There’s plenty of street parking and 90 minutes of free parking available in the Woolworths car park.
Please note: Parking is at your own risk, the Woolworths car park is managed independently and any parking terms, fees, or notices issued there are between you and Woolworths - not Estrella Brow & Lash Studio.
I work by appointment only - no walk-ins, sorry!
To avoid disappointment (and a wasted trip), be sure to book ahead.
Brow wax
Avoid retinol, AHAs, BHAs or any exfoliants for at least 3 days prior at least 3 -5 days before your appointment - waxing over sensitized skin can cause irritation like skin lifting.
Let your brows grow out for at least 2–3 weeks before your appointment.
Arrive with clean skin - no makeup, oils, or skincare on the brows.
Skip tanning (sun or fake) for 24–48 hours before and after to prevent sensitivity or patchiness.
Brow & Lash dye
Arrive with no makeup on or around your brows and lashes.
Avoid using skincare with acids or retinol around the area for at least 48 hours prior.
If this is your first time, let me know about any allergies or sensitivities - a patch test may be recommended.
Brow lamination
Avoid tweezing, waxing or trimming brows at least 48 hours before.
Come with clean skin - no makeup or skincare products on the brow area.
Avoid retinol, AHAs, BHAs or any exfoliants for at east 3 days prior.
If you’ve had any brow treatments recently (e.g. tattoo) let me know prior.
If this is your first time, let me know about any allergies or sensitivities - a patch test may be recommended.
Lash lift
Arrive with clean lashes - no mascara, eyeliner or eye makeup.
Remove contact lenses before your appointment.
Skip caffeine - it helps you relax and prevents twitchy eyes!

Eyelash extensions
Come in with completely clean lashes - no mascara, eye makeup or eye cream.
Avoid curling your lashes the day of your appointment.
No caffeine beforehand (it can make it harder to lie still and causes twitchy eyes!).
Avoid heavy eye makeup - remember clean lashes = better retention!
Remove contact lenses before your session if possible.

If you have any known sensitivities, please let me know when booking. I’m happy to customise the treatment or arrange a patch test at least 24–48 hours beforehand to make sure everything is safe for you.

I currently accept credit/debit cards, applepay, bank transfer and cash.
I'm in the process of getting a pos machine so unfortunately don't accept eftpos for the time being.
Some payment methods may incur a small surcharge which will be clearly shown at checkout.

This includes:
Using disposable tools where possible (e.g. cotton tips, spoolies)
Sterilising all reusable tools using professional-grade disinfectants or equipment.
Washing and sanitising hands before every treatment.
Disinfecting surfaces, beds and equipment after each appointment.
Using fresh linens and towels for every client.
Wearing gloves or masks during treatments when appropriate.
